Designer Siddhartha Tyler did an amazing show last night at the couture week, without disappointing us but giving us some major inspirations for the coming wedding season. The designer had a mesmerizing show with the theatrical sets inspired by the Chinese term “Shan Shui” which refers to a style of traditional Chinese painting that involves or depicts any scenery or natural landscapes. The show stole the eyes of the audience as Singer Guru Randhawa and Actor Farhan Akhtar walk down the ramp. both looking equally stunning and handsome at the same time. The collection definitely inspired a lot of people for the upcoming Cocktail and wedding Events with the touch of the tones of maroon, navy, olive, and our all-time favorite black.
The Famous Designer duo Rohit Gandhi and Rahul Khanna presented their new collection of Evening Gown Couture by the name “Fibonacci”. The designer said that the pandemic gave them the time to sit, relax, think and get a clear vision of future of the fashion. The Inspiration for the collection was taken from the Fibonacci waves which led to the stunning mix of the traditional yet modern mechanisms of Fashion.
The Guests were Bow-wowed by Showstopper Malika Arora in her gorgeous black body-hugging embellished sheer gown which featured a thigh-high slit and a plunging neckline.

Komal Sandhu and Tanveer Singh wanted understated yet opulent attire for their recent nuptials. After a few consultations at our atelier, Komal chose an olive-grey raw silk lehenga. The hand-crafted skirt features a majestic array of floral bursts and resplendent peacocks, derived from a vintage 19th century brocade textile and rendered using meticulous kasab and reshamaari embroidery. The lehenga was paired with a patchwork embroidered kurti and a hand-woven zari dupatta from Benaras, that is layered with an intricate handcrafted bandhej pattern and hand-sewn textured sequins. The look was finished off with a cinnamon tulle dupatta with intricate marodi embroidery.

Tanveer’s pistachio green silk robe was hand-crafted with traditional Varq ka Kaam motifs that were interspersed with zardozi and marodi embroidery rendered using dabka and Kashmiri tilla . The looks hearken back to the erstwhile royals of undivided-Punjab complete with an embroidered Kamarbandh and Patka. It was layered with a textured chanderi silk angrakha and a silk churidar.

Use matte clay concealer with the appropriate colour to conceal the under eyelid well Take a drop of ‘Shade Adjusting Drop light’ and blend with a blender brush. Apply DTE eyeshadow refill Idaho jasper in the outer corner of the eye, for more intensity add DTE eyeshadow refill Black canyon with the fluffy blending brush to give contour look to your eye. after that apply DTE eyeshadow refill Kaku jasper in the inner corner of the eye. On waterline apply Matte kajal, Black, & on lower lash line apply eyeshadow black Canyon and blend the shadow slightly. Use Shimmer wave Coral for brow bone highlighting (lighter shade). Finish the eyes by using a ‘Fiber Lash Mascara’( 3 steps n 3 coat application for full volume and Length).
